Budget Interstate Mover

Abysmal. I give a star because there is no negative star. I am owed $650 for service not provided at all. I have repeatedly emailed and rung with no success. 'Ta' and 'Michael' and 'Simon' I hope you are single parents one day and that someone treats you like rubbish. I am disgusted.

I don't have a good word to say about this company. I waited in all day for their pickup and they eventually arrived at 10.30pm. They said it would arrive at the new property within 2 days. After 4 I tried to contact them for an update and struggled to get a response. I emailed, called and text. Eventually got a text reply explaining they had had van trouble and my goods were stored in the van in Marulan. Got another phone call about 4 days later to say it would all arrive around 10pm that night. The person I spoke to was seemed to indicate he would be driving. He was also the person who had replied to my text, so at this point my only point of contact with the company since before the pickup. I waited until 11.30pm and then tried to contact them for an ETA. Nothing. I spent the next few days trying to contact them. Again the same person was the only one to get back to me, saying he had left the company. He claims to have left on Sunday but his call on Monday (to say they would arrive at 10pm) then confuses me. I managed to track down the sales person I had been in contact with but he also said he had left the company 2 weeks before. Now their landland appears not to work and they are not replying to emails. I have no idea where my stuff is and am considering it stolen. It's pretty much every thing I own. I have spoken to NSW and VIC police, ACCC, ASIC and NSW Fair Trading. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY REGISTERED AT THIS ADDRESS.
